Born in the village of Matusov, Cherkasy region, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. Graduated from KGITI named after I.K. Karpenko-Kary (1969). Since 1969 - actor of the Kiev film studio named after A.P. Dovzhenko. Actor of the Kiev Drama Theater "Bravo". Honored Artist of Ukraine (2003). People's Artist of Ukraine (2018).
