Chef Trevor Ritchie recently represented Canada at the most prestigious culinary competition: the Bocuse d’Or. After being selected as the best Chef in our country, he placed second at the Americas semi-finals, and led our country to 13th place at the world finale! Chef Technologist at George Brown College Toronto, he worked in Canada's best kitchens: Langdon Hall, Queen's Landing, La Société, Campagnolo just to name a few. Cooking competition isn't new for him: he was also Chopped Champion (Chopped Canada), represented Canada and won gold at Hans Beuschkens Culinary Challege, and placed world second at Angliss Culinary Cup before leading team Canada at the Bocuse d’Or. He is now back to George Brown College Toronto where he shares his knowledge with the next generation.
